Prominent figures and ministries associated with these movements include Cindy Jacobs, Amanda Grace, Mike Bickle, YouTuber Brandon Biggs, Jeremiah Johnson, Lou Engle, Bill Johnson of Bethel Church, Kris Vallotton, Chris Reed of MorningStar Ministries, and organizations like International House of Prayer (IHOP) and Bethel Church in Redding, California.

These individuals and organizations advocate for the establishment of modern-day apostles and prophets with authority claimed to be equivalent to, or surpassing, the apostles of Christ's time. This movement frequently promotes direct revelation that allegedly continues beyond the closed canon of Scripture, posing a significant threat to the sufficiency and authority of the Bible as the final word of God. Such teachings undermine foundational Christian doctrines and lead to theological confusion and instability within the church.

We stand firm on the belief that the canon of Scripture is closed and fully sufficient, as clearly stated in Revelation 22:18-19, Hebrews 1:1-2, and 2 Timothy 3:16-17. Our commitment is to uphold the Bible as the ultimate authority in all matters of faith and practice, rejecting any revelations or teachings that contradict or add to the Scripture.

Although our ministry receives and publishes prophetic teachings, prophetic insight/revelations, various dreams and prophecies, the Tribe of Christians publicly acknowledges that the Holy Bible is the only complete authority in Biblically inspired divine scriptures. Our ministry does not and will never add to or take away anything already prescribed in the Holy Bible and all prophecies, dreams, words, and teachings put forward by this ministry seek to affirm what is already written and to bring clarity, understanding, revelation, and guidance concerning the current times in light of Biblical Prophetic Fulfillment. Our goal through any prophetic workings is to bring the working revelations and knowledge of the truth of the Lord God Jesus who has fulfilled the entire law and has given us His complete message through His gospel message.
