According to recent economic indicators, the US economy is strong, with median household incomes reaching an all-time high of $87,500 in 2025 and poverty rates falling to a record low. The latest jobs numbers show low firings and layoffs, and record low sign-ups for unemployment benefits, with manufacturing and construction surging. Domestic oil production is also at an all-time high due to President Trump's energy policies.
Despite these gains, consumers are stressed about affordability due to high gas prices. Republicans are advised to sell the good news about the economy to voters and pledge a sustainable financial dividend by continuing to slash taxes for middle-class families. This includes making individual tax cuts permanent and eliminating the capital-gains inflation tax on stocks and homes.
The Republican party is encouraged to celebrate the Trump economic miracle, which has delivered high financial returns for families. The affordability track record under Trump is outstanding, with real median household income rising by $6,600 in his first term and an additional $2,000 in his second term. In contrast, median family income rose by only $500 during Biden's four years in office.
