The 44-page document, titled 'Plan for Cooperation Between the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran for 2024-2026,' assigns responsibilities to Russian ministries, agencies, and state companies, and sets deadlines for projects through the end of 2026.
The plan includes initiatives such as increasing the use of national currencies in bilateral trade, developing alternative financial channels, and cooperating on nuclear energy projects, including the Bushehr nuclear power plant in Iran.
