Israeli leaders have spoken with their Emirati counterparts, promising cooperation after a recent attack on a flydubai flight. The attempted hijacking is being viewed as an attack on the Abraham Accords, a series of diplomatic agreements between Israel and several Arab nations.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry has briefed diplomats on the incident, while the US Attorney General has stated that Washington is coordinating with Middle Eastern counterparts. In response to the attack, flydubai has temporarily suspended the affected route.
